Round Lake
Introduction
Round Lake is found within the town of Round Lake, Saratoga County, just a few miles south of Malta. With its relatively shallow mean depth, this lake is an excellent warmwater fishery.

Access
There is currently no public access on the lake to launch a car top boat.
Fishing
Fish found within this lake include: largemouth bass, smallmouth bass, yellow perch, brown bullhead, northern pike, tiger Muskellunge, bluegill, common carp, black crappie, and pumpkinseed. Anglers have reported catching many sunfish of a variety of sizes. Round Lake has excellent fishing for both largemouth bass and northern pike. For increased chances to catch both of these fish, fishermen should fish weed beds or near down trees.
Regulations
Statewide freshwater fishing regulations apply. Ice fishing is permitted on Round Lake.
