Round Lake, located in the town of Monroe, is stocked with 840 brown trout every spring. Look for largemouth bass and bluegills in the shallow weed beds during the summer and fall months. For largemouth bass, try throwing topwater frogs along the lily pads and texas rigged worms along the weed edges.

There is a town owned boat launch site located off of Rt. 5 on the east shore of Round Lake. No gas motors allowed.
