Little Choconut 2e
Little Choconut 2e is a small water body located approximately two miles northeast of Johnson City, Broome County. Little Choconut 2e is one of the 20 Broome County PL-566 flood control reservoirs that were created to reduce the potential for property damage caused by stream flooding.

Public Access Sites
Broome County Flood Control Pond. Access off Dimmock Hill Road. No boating, swimming or ice fishing allowed on the flood control ponds.

General Fishing Information
Main gamefish found in the pond are rainbow trout and largemouth bass. Pumpkinseed sunfish and brown bullhead can also be caught in the pond. Fishing with worms, minnows, artificial natural baits (like Gulp or PowerBait) or corn suspended under a bobber usually works well for the trout.
Fisheries Management
Little Choconut 2e is stocked annually with approximately 190 one year-old rainbow trout (8-9"). Special regulations exist for trout in Broome County so please review the Special Regulations by County section of your Freshwater Fishing Guide.
