Upton Lake is located north of Millbrook. This lake is perfect for the angler that wants to fish out of a canoe, kayak or small rowboat. Upton Lake also offers anglers a variety of fish species to catch.

Max Depth: 55 feet

Access

Car-top boat launch is provided on this lake by the Dutchess County Federation of Sportsmen's Club off of Rt. 17. Electric Motors Only.

Fishing

The DEC stocks Upton Lake with 600 brown trout every spring. Anglers report of catching nice size hold-over fish. Upton Lake also provides anglers with opportunities of catching largemouth bass, chain pickerel and a variety of panfish.
