Upton Lake

Upton Lake is located north of Millbrook. This lake is perfect for the angler that wants to fish out of a canoe, kayak or small rowboat. Upton Lake also offers anglers a variety of fish species to catch.

Access:

Car-top boat launch is provided on this lake by the Dutchess County Federation of Sportsmen's Club off of Rt. 17. Electric Motors Only.

Fish Species:

Largemouth bass, chain pickerel, panfish

Fishing:

The DEC stocks Upton Lake with 600 brown trout every spring. Anglers report of catching nice size hold-over fish.
