Accessible Features
In Cortland County, north of Homer, an accessible fishing platform, adjacent to a large crushed stone parking lot provides access for anglers. The platform is located on the northwest edge of the pond. The trout pond is stocked annually by regional DEC fisheries staff. The fishing site is easy to find, but it is located along a busy road and does not offer the back country experience that other sites do. There is no designated accessible parking, but there is an accessible port-a-john at this location.

Directions:
The site is located off US Route 11, one mile north of Homer. From I-81, take Exit 12 (Homer). Exit right onto US 11, heading north. Proceed through town, two miles, the pond is on the right. Look for the brown and yellow DEC Fishing Access Site sign.
