Located in Delaware County on Middle Mountain Wild Forest next to Little Pond, Big Pond provides opportunities for fishing. A short trail leads to primitive campsites on the pond with an accessible pit privy. Accessible parking is also available.

Directions:
From the South: Take St. Hwy. 17 to Livingston Manor. Take Old Highway 17 East to Beaverkill Road. Follow Beaverkill Road. Before the Town of Turnwood, turn left onto Big Pond Road (also known as Barkaboom Rd.). Pass Little Pond Campground on the left. Proceed a little further to Big Pond.
From the North: From Margaretville, NY, take State Highway 28 West to Reservoir Road. Follow Reservoir Road to stop sign. Make a left on Barkaboom Road. Follow Barkaboom Road down to Big Pond. Parking is on the left.
