Cape Vincent Fisheries Station Accessible Facilities
The Cape Vincent Fisheries Research Station is open to the public from mid-May to October. There are accessible restrooms and a shower building on site, as well as a gazebo and picnic tables overlooking the St Lawrence River. An indoor aquarium is located in the fisheries station. The aquarium is open from 9-4 daily between May and October and features native fish species.
Directions:
From Watertown, take State Route 12E North and follow Seaway Trail signs to Cape Vincent. Stop at the stop sign in the Cape and turn right onto Broadway. Travel Broadway for 3-1/2 blocks. The facility is located on the river side (left) with a NYS facility sign in front. Offices, aquarium/visitor center is in the stone building directly on the St. Lawrence River.
