Alexander Lake

Alexander Lake, also called Alexander Pond, is a small semi-remote water body located just outside the Village of Newark Valley, NY, and is owned by Newark Valley Central Schools.

Elevation: 1,300 feet
Area: 14 acres
Shoreline Length: 0.7 miles
Length: 0.2 miles
Maximum Depth: 10 feet
Town: Newark Valley

Access:

Off Barber Road. Open dawn to dusk. No Motors. Property is owned by Newark Valley Central Schools.

Fish Species:

Largemouth bass, bluegill and pumpkinseed sunfish.
