Proposal for Public Access and State Land Classification of the Former Finch Lands
In January 2013 DEC provided its land classification recommendation for the Former Finch Lands to the Adirondack Park Agency (APA). Also included in the plan is a proposal for recreational use for the larger tracts, including Essex Chain, Boreas Pond, MacIntyre, and others.
