Addition of new wetland, Wetland R-82, Class 2, as a Wetland of Unusual Local Importance due to it's important natural, recreational, educational, scientific, open space and aesthetic benefits typically not found in developed communities; it's diverse covertypes and environment, and the benefits these provide for wildlife; and the benefit to wildlife of the diverse covertypes in close proximity to open water.
