South County Trailway Rain Garden


This rain garden captures runoff from a parking lot at the South County Trailway before it enters a branch of the Saw Mill River, to improve water quality and reduce stormwater flows. This is primarily a shade garden. Because of its highly visible location, it serves as a public demonstration site.
