Annual Land Acquisition Reports
The commissioners of DEC and OPRHP annually report to the Governor and appropriate legislative leaders their land acquisition activities for the preceding calendar year, as required by State Environmental Protection Fund Legislation.
The reports document land acquisition activities undertaken using funding from multiple sources such as the Environmental Protection Fund, the Natural Resources Damage Fund, Clean Water/Clean Air Bond Act, Court of Claims and Federal Forest Legacy Funds.
