Woodlawn Beach State Park
The 106 acre Woodlawn Beach located on the east shore of Lake Erie in the Town of Hamburg was acquired using EPF resources by OPRHP with the assistance of the Trust for Public Lands to enhance water recreation opportunities. This unique bathing area will provide the foundation of a state park that will enhance water access and recreation for the Buffalo Metropolitan area. The Park also contains sensitive environmental areas that will serve as an environmental education resource.
