Gaisman Property
OPRHP acquired the 120-acre Gaisman property in July of 1999 with Clean Water/Clean Air Bond Act funds. This is a unique open space area located in a densely developed portion of Westchester County and is now a part of the Hart's Brook Nature Preserve & Arboretum. It will be managed in partnership with the County.
