Location: Towns of Roxbury & Tompkins, Delaware County;
Size: 2,830 acres

Description: These lands were acquired in fee by the City of New York under its Water Supply Watershed Protection Program. In addition, through the 1997 Watershed Memorandum of Agreement with the State of New York, the City further protects the properties by conveying Conservation Easements to the State.

Location: Town of Richford, Tioga County

Description: This acquisition was part of an exchange with New York State Electric & Gas (NYSEG) whereby the State obtained fee lands within Anderson Hill State Forest which will consolidate State lands and eliminate ongoing disputes regarding legal access. NYSEG is getting wider permanent easements across two State Forests in Tompkins and Cortland Counties.
