Modification

Pursuant to the June 13, 1997, ALJ Rulings and Scheduling Order; the July 7, 1997 Modification of same; and the July 11, 1997 request of Andrea J. DiDomenico indicating a scheduling difficulty and the agreement of all other parties to further modification of the schedule, the aforesaid Rulings and Scheduling Order and Modification are further modified as follows:

The initial round of briefs and pre-filed testimony are to be mailed on or before July 25, 1997, and the round of replies and rebuttal testimony are to be mailed on or before August 11, 1997.

Staff and the Water Authority are reminded to advise everyone of what their intentions are regarding the "reasonable alternatives" issue. This should be done as soon as possible.
