the Environmental Conservation Law (ECL), a Freshwater Wetland Permit pursuant to Article 24 of
the ECL, a State Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Permit pursuant to Article 17 of
the ECL, and an Air Pollution Control Permit pursuant to Article 19 of the ECL
for a proposed mine in the Town of Hartford, Washington County
RULING ON SCHEDULE

On May 29, 2002, the parties in this matter held a conference call to discuss scheduling the remainder of the above-captioned proceeding. Consensus was reached on all dates and the proposed schedule is now adopted as the official schedule.
June 24, 2002 DEC Staff will circulate the modified draft Freshwater Wetlands ("FWW") permit and draft Water Quality Certification ("WQC").
June 28, 2002 All parties will serve discovery demands, and the applicant will serve information on any possible northern access road.
July 2, 2002 The official site visit will take place with technical representatives from all parties (Tuesday).
July 3, 2002 The modified draft FWW permit, draft WQC, FWW/WQC application and any modifications, and the DEIS, will be noticed in the ENB and in the Glens Falls Post-Star.
July 25, 2002 The Legislative Hearing will be held (Thursday).
July 31, 2002 The parties must respond to the discovery demands.
August 5, 2002 The public comment period will close. Also, deadline for petitions for party status for an Issues Conference must be filed.
August 13, 2002 An Issues Conference, if needed, will be held (Tuesday).
September 13, 2002 Pre-filed direct testimony for witnesses.
September 20, 2002 All parties serve supplemental discovery demands.
September 27, 2002 The parties must respond to supplemental discovery demands.
October 7 to October 11, 2002 Adjudicatory Hearing
October 21 to October 25, 2002 Adjudicatory Hearing
