(Glodes Cors. Rd. Field)
With reference to the pending proceedings to establish field-wide spacing rules for natural gas and oil wells and to integrate interests within proposed spacing units in the Glodes Corners Road Field (the "Field"), Columbia Natural Resources, Inc. ("Columbia") and Department Staff jointly moved on December 21, 1999, for a continuance of the December 13, 1999 Order granting modification of the October 28, 1999 Order of Further Proceedings to extend the December 22, 1999 filing deadline for "prefiled testimony" to January 26, 2000 and to extend the January 25, 2000 deadline for the filing of opposing information to February 29, 2000. The Department and Columbia would have 5 days thereafter to comment on the filings. The Department and Columbia have jointly made their motion to allow for additional time for Columbia technical personnel to provide Department technical personnel with additional geological, geophysical and engineering data to facilitate the preparation and completion of the "prefiled testimony."
