STATE OF NEW YORK : DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL CONSERVATION
In the matter of
the proposed order of field-wide well spacing rules and the integration of interests
pursuant to Environmental Conservation Law (ECL) §§23-0501 and 23-0901 for the
GLODES CORNERS ROAD FIELD,
STEUBEN COUNTY, NEW YORK
ORDER
Modification of Order of Further Proceedings
File No. DMN 99-1
(Glodes Cors. Rd. Field)
With reference to the pending proceedings to establish field-wide spacing rules for natural gas and oil wells and to integrate interests within proposed spacing units in the Glodes Corners Road Field (the "Field"), Columbia Natural Resources, Inc. ("Columbia") and Department Staff jointly moved on December 10, 1999, for modification of the October 28, 1999 Order of Further Proceedings to extend the December 13, 1999 filing deadline for "prefiled testimony" to December 22, 1999, and to extend the January 14, 2000 deadline for the filing of opposing information to January 25, 2000. The Department and Columbia would have 5 days thereafter to comment on the filings. The Department and Columbia have jointly made their motion to allow for additional time for Columbia technical personnel to provide Department technical personnel with additional geological, geophysical and engineering data to facilitate the preparation and completion of the "prefiled testimony."
Good cause having been shown, it is therefore Ordered that my Order of Further Proceedings dated October 28, 1999 in the above captioned matter is modified as follows:
The December 13, 1999 filing deadline for "prefiled testimony" is hereby extended to December 22, 1999.
The January 14, 2000 deadline for the filing of opposing information is hereby extended to January 25, 2000. The Department and Columbia continue to have 5 days thereafter to comment on the filings.
In all other respects the order is unchanged.
