Register Now for Second Children's Environmental Health Symposium

On Monday, March 17, 2008, the second New York State Children's Environmental Health Symposium will be held from 8:30 AM until 3:30 PM. Due to the overwhelming response, the symposium location has been changed to Citizen's Bank Corporate Headquarters, 833 Broadway, Albany, NY. This symposium and parking are free. State government, business and environmental advocates, health professionals and academics will come together to hear experts discuss the research and policies that frame our understanding of the effect of chemicals in the environment on children's development. Symposium participants will have an opportunity to discuss what we can do to better protect the children of New York State.

Driving Directions

From southbound I-787, take the Colonie Street exit, go straight through the first traffic light and continue on the Water Street overpass, then turn right onto Orange Street. Turn right on Broadway. Continue until you pass under a rail road trestle, the the Citizen's Bank Headquarters are on the right.

From northbound I-787, take exit 4 (Downtown Albany, Route 9 North), Follow the sign for Broadway. Make right onto Broadway. Follow through downtown past Clinton Avenue intersection. Soon after, you will pass beneath a rail road trestle. The Citizen's Bank Headquarters are on the right, just after the trestle.

From I-90, take the exit for I-787 south, and follow the directions above.

From the New York State Thruway, take exit 23 to I-787 north, and follow the directions above.

Public Transportation
