Belleayre Offers Transportation to Ulster County Skiers
Belleayre Mountain Ski Center (Belleayre) has announced a ski bus on Saturdays from Kingston Plaza to Belleayre via Ulster County Area Transit (UCAT). To take advantage of this opportunity, just let the bus driver know as you're boarding that you want to ski Belleayre, and he or she will drop you off and pick you up right outside the Discovery Lodge. There is no charge to ski passengers for this service.

On Saturdays the ski bus leaves from the Hannaford market in the Kingston Plaza at 8:45 AM and arrives at Belleayre at 9:45 AM. Using the link below to Belleayre's Website, check the bus schedule to find out where to catch the bus as it travels along Route 28 between the Plaza and Belleayre. Then flag it down from a place where the driver can safely pull over. At Belleayre, board the bus at 4 PM for arrival at the Kingston Plaza by 5:15 PM. Although the free ski bus currently runs only on Saturdays, an extended Monday-through-Friday schedule will begin in early 2006.
Environmental Stewards
Belleayre Mountain is happy to offer the residents of Ulster County and surrounding areas transportation to its resort. Belleayre sees this as an opportunity to fulfill its mission of stewardship to the environment by encouraging visitors to use public transportation. In addition, those without transportation or those too young to drive will benefit in particular from this opportunity.
