New York's RGGI Stakeholder Opportunity 2011-2013
During 2011 and 2012, the RGGI-participating states gathered analytic material and received stakeholder input to a comprehensive review of the RGGI program. Information on the regionwide program review is available at the RGGI Program Review link in the right-hand column.
To provide New York State stakeholders with up to date RGGI program review information and input opportunities, New York in 2011 began a state-specific RGGI program review stakeholder process. As part of this ongoing process, a staff availability session for New York State RGGI stakeholders will be held on Wednesday, April 17, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. The session will cover the updated RGGI Model Rule and accompanying recommendations and the regulatory process New York State will use to update its CO2 budget trading program.
Individuals wishing to receive notices regarding New York State programs and opportunities related to the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative can sign up for email udates from the New York State RGGI listserv using GovDelivery.
