Spacing and Integration Order Bradley Brook Field

The Oil, Gas and Solution Mining Law requires public notice and hearing to implement field-wide spacing and integration rules when necessary to prevent waste, provide greater ultimate recovery of the hydrocarbon resource and protect the correlative rights of all owners, including landowners. Public hearings took place on May 20 and 21, 2004, in Hamilton, NY on the matter of field-wide spacing and integration in the Bradley Brook Field. This field is located in the towns of Eaton and Lebanon, Madison County and produces from the Oneida and Oswego Sandstones.

Minimum Spacing Between Future Wells: 1,800 feet
Distance for Extension Wells: Within 2.5 miles of a well in the Field
