Annual Reporting Requirements for Underground Gas Storage and Solution Salt Mining Facilities
- Operator's Annual Natural Gas Storage Report.
- Storage Well Inventory.
- Operator's Annual LPG Underground Storage Report.
- Operator's Annual Solution Salt Mining Report.
All owners must submit a completed form no later than March 31 of the year after the calendar year covered by the report.
The Annual Report forms for Underground Storage and Solution Mining Facilities can be obtained by contacting the Bureau of Oil & Gas Regulation in the Division's Albany Office.
