Trenton-Black River Fields With Spacing and Integration Hearings Held Before August 2, 2005
Well spacing and compulsory integration in New York are addressed by Titles 5 and 9, respectively, of the Oil, Gas and Solution Mining Law. Both Titles were significantly revised on August 2, 2005. Prior to this major revision, the Department convened public hearings to address spacing and integration at the eight Trenton-Black River fields listed below.
