Nominations to Lease SUNY Lands
The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation is currently accepting nominations for State University of New York (SUNY) campuses for a competitive oil and gas lease sale. A bid guarantee of $1,000.00 is required for each campus nominated. Terms of the lease allow the campus first refusal purchase option on all marketable gas produced from the premises. Other terms will be similar to SUNY Fredonia found under Past Sales. Contact oil and gas leasing staff for additional information by using the phone number or e-mail address on the right.
