Comment Period Ends: May 3, 2007

Project Description:The project consists of a greater than 25% expansion of an existing New York State Department of Environmental Conservation approved mine. The hours of operation will be Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Approximately 500 truck loads will be moved from the mine to the Town's sand stockpile annually.
