Schenectady County - The Town of Glenville Planning and Zoning Commission, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Lowe's Home Centers will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the site plan review, subdivision, and zoning change application to allow the construction of a 171,000 sq. ft. Lowe's home improvement store on a 19+ acre parcel. The application also includes a four-lot subdivision of a 300-acre parcel, the result of which will be two large parcels to remain undeveloped at this time, the Lowe's property, and a 2.5-acre parcel targeted for commercial development. The project is located on Freemans Bridge Road, Town of Glenville.

Delaware County - The Town of Andes Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed amendments to the Town of Andes' Zoning Law regarding the siting of Wind Turbines will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the a local law was proposed to amend the Town of Andes Zoning Law in regards to the siting and/or building of wind turbines within the Town. The adoption of these zoning amendments shall not have an effect upon the environment. The project is located in the Town of Andes, Delaware County, NY.
