Suffolk County - The Suffolk County Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Kazper Development will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a Site Plan/Special Exception for two single-story buildings for special trade contractor use, consisting of one 17,003 sf building and a second 9,500 sf building, consisting of a total of 26,503 sf on two parcels consisting of 124,864 sf total, and associated parking and improvements. The project is located in the LI 40 zoning area, in the Archeologically Sensitive Area, at the corner of Windemere Ct and North Phillips Ave, Speonk (SCTM no. 900-353-1-24.5 & 24.6)
