The applicant proposes to construct within 24" of the existing bulkhead 88 linear feet of bulkhead, remove and replace in the same location 95 linear feet of bulkhead, install a 6 ft. return on east end, raise the elevation of all new bulkheading 18", dredge 10 ft. seaward of the bulkhead to a maximum depth of 4 ft. below mean low water with resultant 25 cubic yards of dredged material and 50 cubic yards of upland fill used as backfill.  Replace 6 ft. wide capping boardwalk.  Property is located at 358 Arthur Street, Freeport, Town of Hempstead, County of Suffolk, on Woodcleft Basin.

The applicant proposes to construct a 4,734 square foot two story commercial building within 32 feet of freshwater wetland #A-7 and construct paved parking areas within 25 feet of this freshwater wetland.  Eastern red cedars are proposed to be planted to augment the existing native vegetation as a bufer zone between the wetland and the development. The site is located at 580 Montauk Highway, Village of Lindenhurst, Suffolk County, SCTM #103-17-3-32 & 31.

The applicant proposes to excavate approximately 35 cubic yards of material landward of the existing bulkhead to 4 ft. below mean low water; remove 62 linear feet of bulkhead and replace landward; construct a maximum of 11 ft. seaward of the existing bulkhead 25 linear feet of bulkhead; install a 4 ft. return on the north end; raise elevation of the bulkhead 12"; dredge 10 ft. seaward of the bulkhead to a maximum depth of 4 ft. below mean low water with resultant 25 cubic yards of dredged material, 35 cubic yards of excavated material and 19 cubic yards of clean upland fill used as backfill; and, construct a 4 ft. x 87 ft. capping boardwalk.  Remove existing dock.  Property is located at 153 Melbury Road, Babylon, County of Suffolk, on Fosters Creek.

The applicant proposes new hydraulic dredging at Harbor Crab Restaurant and Marina. The area that is proposed to be dredged is located in the Pathogue River east of the wooden pier. The dredging of 15,870 sq. feet to a depth of -6 mean sea level that will result in 1,880 cubic yards of dredge material to be trucked to the dewatering site located at River Road and Crescent Avenue then trucked to the Brookhaven Landfill. The property is located at  116 Division Street Patchogue 11775 SCTM# 204-19-3-1.

The applicant proposes to install a new leaching pool along Town of Smithtown drainage easement; three new catch basins on Salt Hay Way, two new leaching pools and one catch basin on Tyler Rd., and two new leaching pools and one catch basin on Tyler Rd., all for the purpose of alleviating the insufficient drainage in stormwater events.  The properties are located in the Town of Smithtown, Suffolk County
