The applicant proposes to dredge to a depth of 4 feet below apparent low water a 28 foot by 28 foot area encompassing the existing mooring area of their dock which is located 77 feet off shore of their 70 foot long navy bulkhead.  Twenty five cubic yards of material are proposed to be removed from the shoals, mudflats, and littoral zone and used as backfill for the removal and replacement of the bulkhead in the same location.  Two 6 foot long bulkhead returns and a 4 foot wide boardwalk will be installed.  The project is located at Dolphin Drive on Georges Creek, Woodmere, Town of Hempstead, Nassau County.

The applicant proposes to subdivide a property into two buidable lots.   The lots are proposed to be 18,873 square feet and 21,151 square feet in area.  A lot size variance has been requested for the lot smaller than the 20,000 suare foot minimum.  The project is located at 60 Shore Road, Bayville, Town of Oyster Bay, Nassau County.

The applicant proposes to relocate an existing dock facility 12 feet seaward and dredge a 46 foot by 70 foot area by the dock to a depth of 4 feet below mean low water.  The resultant 150 cubic yards of dredge material will be disposed of at an approved upland site.  The project is located at 14 The Mast, East Islip, Town of Islip, Suffolk County, SCTM# 0500-445-1-5.6.

The applicant proposes to construct a new single family dwelling with septic system , crushed stone driveway, attached garage and pool with patio.  The new construction will be located approximately 60 linear feet from NYSDEC regulated Freshwater Wetlands MT-36.  There will be a 60 foot wide buffer area of natural vegetation maintained between the wetland and the developed area.   The project is located on a flag lot off of Peconic Bay Boulevard, Riverhead, SCTM# 600-88-1-16.1.

The applicant proposes to subdivide a 2.5 acre lot into two new parcels measuring 1.3 and 1.2 acres.  There is a single family dwelling on the proposed 1.3 acre lot.  No new construction or other disturbance is proposed under the current application.
