The action involves The Cattaraugus-Little Valley Central School District (the "District") proposes to undertake a capital improvements project which is modified from the proposal that was the subject of a voter referendum in December 2006 that did not pass. The most significant change is keeping the Little Valley Elementary School open, including much needed capital improvements to the existing building and grounds. The main elements of the revised project consist of the following:

Cattaraugus School Campus, 25 North Franklin Street, Village of Cattaraugus (Cattaraugus Campus)

Little Valley Elementary School, 207 Rock City Street, Village of Little Valley (Little Valley site)
