Saratoga County - The Town of Malta, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Dunning Street Intersection Improvements Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves intersection improvements at the Dunning Street/Fox Wander West/Partridge Drum and Dunning Street/Hermes Road/Plains Road intersections located in the Town of Malta, NY. The project includes the installation of single-lane roundabouts at the Dunning Street/Fox Wander West/Partridge Drum and Dunning Street/Hermes Road/Plains Road intersections. The roundabouts would consist of a 6.2 m travel lane, a 6.0 m truck apron and an 11.0 m landscaped median. The roundabouts would involve reconstruction of each intersection with some clearing required for the additional area required for the roundabout construction. The project is located at Dunning Street at Partridge Drum and Fox Wander West intersection and Hermes Road and Plains Road intersection, Town of Malta, Saratoga County, New York.
