The applicant proposes to
use an existing Harvestor Slurry StorTank (capacity 318,000
gallons) on lands of Dale Grover for the storage of a maximum of 50,000 gallons of
septage during periods of the year when landspreading is not acceptable. Septage from
the storage tank will be landspread according to appropriate regulations on lands of Dale
Grover. A permit was issued for this site to G. W. Harris on May 24, 2002 and expired
on April 30, 2004. The project is located on NYS Route 41, southeast of the intersection
with Ives Hill Road.
