The applicant proposes to
construct a portion of an access road, stormwater detention
basin, and utilities within State-designated Freshwater Wetland GO-35 (Class II) and its
100-foot adjacent area. The project inolves the construction of a 115-unit town home
community known as Good Time Park, to be located on a 43 acre site at the northwest
corner of the intersection of South Street and NYS Route 17. As proposed approximately
0.25 acre of the wetland will be filled and graded by the construction of the southern
access road and stormwater basin, and approximately 1.0 acre of the wetland adjacent
area will be disturbed by construction of the roadway and utilities. To mitigate wetland
impacts, the wetland will be expanded by approximately 0.75 acres in the western portion
of the site. A stormwater pollution prevention plan has also been prepared in accordance
with the Department's SPDES General Permit for Stormwater Discharges (GP-02-01).

freshwater wetland C0-7 (class 2) and a portion of its 100 foot adjacent area. A
stormwater basin within the adjacent area of this wetland in the immediate vicinity of this
crossing is also proposed. This work is related to the development of a 70.3 acre parcel
of land to be subdivided into 18 residential lots known as the Shadowfax Run
Subdivision. The property is located on the east side of Jackson Road, just to the south of

The applicant proposes to
construct a roadway and install an eight-inch diameter water
main across a portion of State-designated Freshwater Wetland WR-31 (Class II) and a
tributary of Long House Creek (Class B(t)) for the development of a 40-lot residential
subdivision to be known as BCM Development. The project site is a 174-acre parcel of
land located on the north side of NYS Route 17A, just west of the intersection with
Pumpkin Hill Road. Although no filling is proposed within the wetland, approximately
0.19 acre of wetland and 0.74 acre of the wetland 100-foot adjacent area will be disturbed
as a result of the project.
The site is proposed to
be served by the Town of Warwick Bellvale Water District, for
which a separate public water supply permit application has been submitted to the
Department by the Town. In addition, a stormwater pollution prevention plan has been
prepared for the project in compliance with the requirements of SPDES General Permit
GP-02-01.

a tentative determination to approve this application for a
SPDES permit # NY-003-5246 to discharge up to 27,500 gallons of wastewater per day to
groundwater; treated via a sand filter prior to discharge by means of surface spraying. The
applicant, Brookwood Camps is located at 574 Proctor Road, Glen Spey, and operates as
a seasonal children's camp.
The applicant proposes to
use the existing treatment system which has been been in place
since approximately 1977. The permittee will be required to maintain records and report
data to verify compliance with the SPDES permit conditions and discharge limits.
A draft SPDES permit with
DEC proposed effluent limits and monitoring requirements is
available for review at the DEC Region 3 headquarters in New Paltz.

proposed a structural rehabilitation of the Grassy Sprain
Reservoir Dam. Rehabilitation work is planned in three phases. The subject application
is for an Excavation and Fill and Water Quality Certification for proposed first phase
preparatory clearing and grubbing work. The permit would authorize: removal of
vegetation and trees from the both the upstream and downstream faces of the dam;
removal of rip rap from the upstream bank; placement of geotextile underlayement on the
upstream bank and placement of approximately 500 linear feet of rip rap to a depth of
seven feet below mean high water.
