remove an existing finger float and install two 8' x 70' finger
floats each secured by one pile, sixteen (16) mooring piles, and dredge an approximate
12,000 sq ft. area to remove the remnants of a submerged rail ramp system and seaward
to a maximum depth of 4 ft. below mean low water. Resultant 750 cubic yards of
dredged material will be removed off-site to an approved location. The property is
located at 53 Bay Street, Sag Harbor, Inc. Village of Sag Harbor, Town of Easthampton,
Suffolk County on Sag Harbor Bay.

The Department of Environmental
Conservation (DEC) has received an application to
renew State Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (SPDES) # NY 018 1943, for REP
300 Kennedy LLC in Hauppauge. This is a pre-existing Private/Commercial/Institutional
SPDES permit. DEC has made a tentative determination to renew this permit and set a
standard five year term maintaining current effluent limitations and monitoring and
reporting requirements. This permit involves the discharge of up to 86,679 gallons per
day of treated sanitary waste to groundwater, with the nearest surface water being New
Mill Pond.
