Jefferson County - The Village of Black River Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Black River Development Subdivision and Wingate Inn Site Plan will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves subdividing an existing 245 acre parcel of land into 7 lots. One lot would be for the construction of a 100-unit Wingate Inn Hotel. The remaining lots would be for future development. The Wingate Inn is proposed to be constructed near the Southeast corner of NYS Route 3 and South Main Street in the Village of Black River, NY.

Jefferson County - The Town of Pamelia, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Sewer District #6 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves creation of a sewer district covering two commercially zoned parcels on the east side of NYS Route 11 in the town of Pamelia, NY, just north of the City of Watertown.
