Eastman Kodak Company - The Eastman Kodak Company for its Kodak Park facility, located in the City of Rochester and the Town of Greece in Monroe County. Kodak’s various manufacturing processes generate hazardous wastes. In addition to hazardous wastes generated from these processes, Kodak may also accept hazardous waste from out-of-state Kodak-affiliated facilities, contractors performing work for Kodak, on-site non-Kodak tenant generators, and local municipalities (in the performance of a "public service").
A legislative public hearing will be held on March 12, 2007, at 7:00 p.m.
