Proposed development of
the 55 lot Olson Farm Residential Subdivision. Construction
of two stormwater basin emergency overflow structures would disturb 0.04 acre of the
adjacent area of Freshwater Wetland C-40 (Class I). No other disturbance to the wetland
or adjacent area is proposed. The project is located on the west side of Northern Pines
Road, 0.2 mile south of Gailor Road, Town of Wilton.
