The applicant proposes the
construction of a gravel driveway, approximately 10 feet wide
by 94 feet long, within the 100 foot adjacent area of State-designated Wetland PE-10
(Class II), to access a new single family home. The home, septic system, and remainder
of the driveway will be located outside the regulated area. The project site is located off
of Loch Ada Road, north of Haring Road, in the Town of Lumberland.
