Oneida County - The Oneida-Herkimer-Madison Board of Cooperative Educational Services, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Oneida-Herkimer-Madison BOCES, Capital Improvements will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves construction of an additional 90,000 square feet of instructional and support space in addition to upgrades and renovations to the existing facility on Middle Settlement Road. Oneida County The Town of Whitestown Planning Board, as lead agency has accepted a Draft Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed convenience store with gasoline sales to be known as Sunny’s Express. A public hearing on the Draft EIS will be held on January 24, 2007 at 7:15 p.m. at the Town of Whitestown Community Center, 1 Championship Way, Whitesboro, New York 13492. Written comments on the Draft EIS will be accepted by the contact person listed below until February 5, 2007. The action involves the construction of a proposed convenience store with gasoline sales, in conjunction with the filling and grading activities which have taken place on the Sunny’s Express parcel and the adjacent parcel. The project is located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Judd and Halsey Roads in Whitestown, New York. This notice revises a previous notice which was published in the December 13, 2006 ENB. The revision is necessary due to a change in the date of public hearing, and deadline for comments.
