Project Description:
The applicant proposes to construct 60 linear feet of bulkhead 13' seaward and raise it 18" in height.  The resultant bulkhead will require filling in 780 square feet of tidal wetland with 197 cubic yards of fill.  Construct a 47' pier with an 8' x 20' float and a 6' x 29' float. Install a 50' bulkhead return, replace decking, install davit and three ladders.  Install 29 linear feet of breakwater 10' westward of eastern property line.  The project is located at 123 Stillwater Avenue, Massapequa, Town of Oyster Bay, Nassau County.
