Negative Declaration

Cayuga County - The Town of Sennett Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Millier Subdivision will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the development of 39 single-family residential lots on a 191.536 acre parcel. The project is projected to be a three (3) phase project and will include a new roadway, private wells, private individual leach fields and four (4) stormwater management facilities. The project is located on the northwest corner of the intersection of Franklin Street Road and County Line Road.

Notice Of Acceptance Of Final EIS

Onondaga County - The Town of Clay Town Board, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Change of Zone from RC-1 Regional Commercial District and RA-100 Residential/Agricultural District to R-APT Apartment District. The action involves rezoning of approximately 76 acres north of Route 31, and west of Laser Drive and Dell Center Drive for up to 600 Apartment Units.

Onondaga County The Town of Clay Town Board, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed change of Zone from R-APT Apartment District and RA-100 Residential/Agricultural District to RC-1 Regional Commercial District. The action involves rezoning of approximately 22/28 acres south of Route 31, opposite COR Center, for a 200,000 square foot retail center.
