Putnam County - The Patterson Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Zoning Amendments will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of several amendments to the Town of Patterson Zoning Code. Included in the changes are an expanded definition of terms, regulations concerning tents and canopies and clarification on permitted uses within each zoning district. The project is located in the Town of Patterson, Putnam County.

Dutchess County - The Wappingers Central School District, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed WCSD New Elementary School and Middle School Additions. The action involves actions on three separate, non-contiguous parcels in three municipalities in Dutchess County: the construction of a new 82,000-square-foot elementary school on a 33±-acre parcel on the south side of NYS Route 52 in the Town of Fishkill; a maximum 42,000-square-foot expansion of the existing Van Wyck Junior High School in the Town of East Fishkill; and a maximum 84,000-square-foot expansion of the existing Wappingers Junior High School in the Town of Wappinger.
