The applicant proposes to
rip-rap 421 feet of shoreline at Soper Point on First Lake, a
Class A waterbody. The rip-rap will adhere to the existing shoreline contours. The rip-rap
will be placed on a 1 foot rise in 4 feet horizontal slope and will project lakeward
approximately 8 below mean high water.
