construct a 60 foot by 120 foot storage building behind an
existing building at 4240 Albany Street. Construction of the building will impact
approximately 0.1 acre of the buffer (adjacent) area of freshwater wetland A-1. The
buffer area to be disturbed is currently being used for parking and outdoor storage and has
a gravel surface.
