The applicant proposes to construct a new1,380 gallons per minute water supply well and appurtenant building, chemical treament, driveway and chemical transfer containment to serve the residents of the Manhasset-Lakeville Water District.  The project is located on I.U. Willets Rd., east of New Hyde Park Rd., south of the Long Island Expressway and north of the Northern State Parkway, Manhasset, Town of North Hempstead.

Applicant proposes to rehabilitate the existing Mill Pond Park. The work includes the dredging of approximately 7700 cubic yards of sediment from Mill Pond with off site upland disposal, the modification of the existing outlet structure to increase the tidal exchange with Manhasset Bay, and the regrading of the pond bottom to establish the correct elevation and substrate for the planting of tidal wetlands vegetation along the sides of the pond. The project also includes the construction of forebay areas where two stormwater drainage pipes enter the pond, and the removal and replacement of the following features: existing stone wall around the perimeter of the pond, various concrete benches, walkways and parking spaces. Physical removal of Phragmites is proposed as necessary for the in-pond wetland creation area. The site is located on the east side of Shore Road between Harbor Road and Mill Pond Road in Port Washington.

Applicant proposes to demolish an existing single family dwelling and construct a new dwelling,  terrace and screened porch in the adjacent area of NYSDEC regulated fresh water wetland (EH-3). The project is located at 123 Egypt Lane, East Hampton,

Applicant proposes to construct a single family dwelling in the adjacent area of a regulated NYSDEC regulated fresh water wetland.  The dwelling is proposed to be located 45 ' from the wetland and is located at 16 S. Goodridge Place, Montauk, Town of East Hampton SCTM# 0300-32-2-35.

The applicant proposes to construct a two story dwelling with a footprint of 800 square feet within 30.5 feet of regulated tidal wetlands.   A variance from the required 75 foot wetland setback has been requested.  The applicant also proposes to construct a driveway and a septic system.  The shoreline is proposed to be stabilized by installing stone rip rap along the line of apparent high water and planting the area with native species.  The project is located at 27 Tarpon Road, East Quogue, Town of Southampton, Suffolk County, SCTM #900-362-04-14.

The applicant proposes to construct a second story addition within the footprint of the existing one story single family dwelling.  The northeast corner of the dwelling is located 10 feet from regulated freshwater wetland Q-14.  The project is located at 39A Dune Road, East Quogue, Southampton Town, SCTM #900-385-2-39.
