Oneida County - The Town of Whitestown Planning Board, as lead agency, has accepted a Draft Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed convenience store with gasoline sales known as Sunny's Express. A public hearing on the Draft EIS will be held on January 10, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town of Whitestown Community Center, 1 Championship Way, Whitesboro, NY. Written comments on the Draft EIS will be accepted by the contact person listed below until January 20, 2006. The action involves the construction of a proposed convenience store with gasoline sales, in conjunction with the filling and grading activities which have taken place on the Sunny's Express parcel and the adjacent parcel. The project is located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Judd and Halsey Roads in Whitestown, New York.
