Negative Declaration

Albany County - The City of Albany Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Green Tech High Private Charter School will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The case of Brighter Choice Foundation, Inc. c/o Hershberg & Hershberg regarding the 4.42-acre parcel located at 600-612 Manning Boulevard seeking Site Plan Approval to allow for the construction of a 44,000 square foot charter high school. The property is located in an R-2A One- and Two-Family Residential zoning district. The school will have 16 classrooms and a maximum student population of 350. A parking lot with 63 spaces will be constructed. The site in question is located at 600-612 Manning Boulevard, City of Albany, Albany County.

Rensselaer County - The Town Board of the Town of Pittstown, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Adoption of the Town of Pittstown Comprehensive Plan will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves statements of goals and objectives for the orderly growth of the Town. Included in the plan are demographic statistics, past and present land uses, public opinion surveys, and recommendation for the Town to use and/or adopt in order to reach the aforementioned goals and objectives.

Positive Declaration

Otsego County - The Town of Hartwick Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Rainbow Enterprises 74 Room Hotel Project may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. The action involves the turnkey construction of a 74 room Hampton Inn Hotel with parking lot and septic system adjacent to and on the same site of an existing 74 room hotel.
