Project Description:
The applicant proposes to operate a surface sand and gravel mine with a 3.5 acres to the life of mine boundary within a 5.445 acre parcel southerly of Dominick Street.  The project site is on property owned by JKR Holdings, LLC and is located 1,000 feet south of W.
